Campaign to stop extension of 28 days detention

22 Nov

Sunny, over at Liberal Conspiracy, is lobbying readers to get involved in the campaign to challenge the government’s plans to extend detention without charge beyond the current limit of 28-days (“already the longest in the world”).

– Who opposes this extension and what have they said?

– Which journalists and commentators are also opposed?

– What other organisations are actively campaigning on this?

– What events are taking place to build support on challenging the government?

Any other ideas, readers?
